Founder, Lead Hub Network | Director, Lead Hub at Regional Office of Education #17I founded the ROE Lead Hub Network, a statewide model that reimagines how school leadership support is delivered. Through six Regional Offices of Education with a statewide catchment, we provide schools and districts with a one-stop system for recruiting, developing, and sustaining strong leaders—especially in rural and under-resourced communities. At ROE #17, I direct multi-million-dollar federal, state, and foundation initiatives (EIR, ISBE, Stone Foundation) and oversee programs that build the leadership pipeline—from aspiring principals, practicing principals, district teams, and leadership coaches. Our work has driven state policy shifts, secured new funding streams, and helped launch ISBE’s Department of District and School Leadership.
