My work spans needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, and LMS implementation with the goal of making training more accessible, interactive, and impactful. Our motto is training shouldn\'t have to suck, and we take steps to ensure it does not. Through InsureQuest, I’ve built learning systems and courses for organizations in the insurance and telecom industries, applying adult learning theory, gamification, and scenario-based methods to boost retention and performance. I’ve partnered directly with clients to translate complex processes into structured learning pathways, build scalable onboarding and orientation programs, and create microlearning assets that integrate seamlessly into LMS platforms.My experience also includes evaluating existing training programs, identifying gaps, and designing solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and learner engagement.
