Patience is a virtue. With a spark of determination and a strong desire to grow; I climbed the professional ladder. With each new position, I sought to become the best while acting with speed to accomplish my personal goals. I succeeded in my efforts and became the Project Manager that I resiliently fought to be. I currently work as an Associate Program Manager driving process improvement, leading project management, driving excellent market KPIs, and developing people. If you need something done, no matter the difficulty, I am your woman! At my core, I am a person who is very self-driven to be the change that I want to see by tackling problems systematically. I have a great capacity for action and implementation of my own and my team\'s ideas. I am constantly working towards future growth and sustainability. Not only do I fulfill my promises, I also deliver high performance results. My specialties include project management, operations management, process improvement, learning new programs, problem solving, organization through optimization, human development, and a passion for learning.
