About Erika Dani
I am a multi-lingual real estate asset manager in affordable housing preservation.My interests include affordable housing, artist live/work space, housing preservation, and micro-housing. I\'ve spoken at state and national conferences regarding these topics and have received outstanding alumni awards from the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts and the Rutgers Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy for the leadership and quality work I have demonstrated in the fields of affordable housing asset management and micro-housing.Although not directly related to my current work in asset management, I am proud about my international work experience in India and China, as well as my experience as a high school exchange student through the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program Scholarship Program. These experiences have greatly contributed to who I am today.
