ABOUT ERIKA BRAHAM

I’m an HR professional with over 5 years of experience specializing in recruitment, employee relations, leadership, and HR management, with a growing focus on labour relations. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Okanagan College. Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I’ve led initiatives such as monthly micro-learnings and internal book clubs to promote ongoing education and inclusivity within organizations. I’m also certified in Indigenous Recruitment and Retention and continue to expand my knowledge of Indigenous history. Outside of my professional work, I serve as Board Chair for the Elizabeth Fry Society and Board Member of the I Have Resolve Foundation, reflecting my strong commitment to community involvement and giving back. I strive to create inclusive, supportive environments that foster growth and collaboration.
