Key Contributions: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, defining project scopes and workstreams for network transformations.• Oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure solutions that support digital and cyber transformations, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives.• Directly manage a team of seven, including IT project managers, business analysts, and engineers.• Proactively anticipate program needs, ensuring timely and consistent execution.• Implement effective program controls (e.g, RAID) and actively mitigate risks.• Define and establish ongoing maintenance and support strategies for both existing and new implementations.• Play a key role in developing scalable, repeatable models for infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and long-term support.
