I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a B.S. in Business. I have worked the past ten years in the shipping industry, problem solving and coordinating export shipments out of the United States. I have worked on both SSL and terminal side, expanding on knowledge sets offered by both sides ranging from customer service to management.Those that know me, know me as a calm employee who can handle difficult situations in the most stress free manner. I know what I need to get accomplished and can schedule accordingly to ensure that success reaches both the customer and the establishment itself. Although I can set personal goals for myself, I work just as well with a team and can alternate plans easily to conform to my team\'s needs.
