Lead the offshore organization through planning, execution and supervision of all operational activities and emergency situations, including good cooperation with authorities, 3rd parties and vendors.Accountable for HSE performance, production regularity, maintenance activities, cost efficient operations and quality of operations on the installation.Responsible for ensuring existence and maintenance of processes for continuous improvement of field operation practices and performance.Responsible for managing our field operations and actively work to reduce risk, mitigate threats, realize opportunities and grow strengths.This role provides technical and operational expertise to identify and resolve complex managerial, business and technical issues. The position ensures close business relationships with host operators, tie-in field operators, pipeline- and terminal operators to ensure Neptune Energy interests are promoted and results achieved.• Act as Offshore Installation Manager on the production facility on a rotation schedule. • Responsible for taking necessary actions to ensure operational excellence is demonstrated through HSE performance, production efficiency, cost of operations and predictability.• Responsible for daily reporting and consulting with the onshore organisation to ensure optimal production through the facility and maintenance execution. • Overall responsible for the technical integrity of the operated facilities• Overall responsible for the Health, Safety and Environment on the platform. Demonstrate HSE leadership and follow up HSE performance of the facility.• Responsible for leading the 1st line emergency organisation when offshore, and support the 3rd line emergency organisation when onshore if required.• Responsible for follow up of competence for offshore organisation to ensure that required competence to operate the facility is available at all times.
