Erik Verdian launched his career December 2017. His father bought and sold real estate for a living. Including Erik in every transaction was extremely complicated and confusing to him at the time taking in consideration he was only a teen. Collecting rent started off easy but ended very difficult for Erik. In 2008 his father lost all 6 properties including the one his wife Adrine and his younger son Eddie lived in. Having to move and pay rent was not an easy task at the time. Real estate became Erik\'s life. He started following realtors around and taking classes in 2013 but did not understand much. February 2017 He got married to his childhood sweetheart and thats when things got serious. Erik knew he had to build a foundation so he found his books, read them and repeated the course. Made an appointment for the state exam, and passed. Erik now eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate.
