Erik Pence has spent the last 20 years building businesses in the media and entertainment industry. The diversity of his experience includes TV production, mass media distribution, technology services for digital content as well as direct to consumer VOD businesses. His ability to bridge the communication gap between technologists and creative artists has served as the catalyst behind the success of his business ventures. In 2016, Erik formed Karma Media Holdings and created a vertically integrated media company through a series of acquisitions including Mojomakers.com, Walla.la and Quickflix.com.au, a publicly traded VOD and DVD subscription platform in Australia and New Zealand. Born and raised in Montana, Erik now resides in Ventura California where he spends his time as a father and avid outdoorsmen.

This vertically integrated media distribution platform provides studios, distributors and filmmakers solutions for self distribution on leading digital platforms.Walla is an iTunes preferred TV and Film aggregator as well as having direct distribution with numerous TVOD and cable/ satellite platforms. The Walla \"Distribution as a Service\"(DaaS) system provides a secure Amazon Web Services asset on-boarding, a management portal with end-to-end self managed distribution and social media enabled marketing/ promotional tools. Walla creates social enabled content awareness as well as the ability to created fully integrated Facebook embedded video streams and transactions.In additional to the DaaS platform, Walla continues to develop a suite of technology around targeted advertising and social enabled search and discovery.
