As a Sr. Account Manager at Koster Keunen, my primary responsibility is outside sales and lead development in the Midwest US territory. I have grown sales over 25% YOY by developing customer relationships, understanding needs and requirements, and by encouraging evaluation of new products. I co-manage 2 of our US distribution partners, and manage our distribution partners throughout Mexico, South America and Latin America. I also work closely with our R&D and regulatory teams on new product development and customer specific product development. I work in a fast paced office environment when not travelling on Midwest regional sales calls. I have an optimistic attitude and a positive results driven approach. Recently, my largest segment of growth has been in developing new contract manufacturing leads. This is an area where I am focusing a great deal of effort lately and working on future growth and capital improvements. We are a small team here in CT, and wear multiple hats and work well across disciplines, and this creates a lot of fantastic knowledge sharing. I think this exposure makes me a well rounded account manager. Koster Keunen is the worlds largest importer and refiner of natural Beeswax. We refine over 300 products, including natural waxes, versatile natural and synthetic emulsifiers, petrochemical waxes, natural wax derivatives, performance additives and a full portfolio of specialty esters and customer specific blends. Our primary markets are personal care, cosmetic and industrial.
