Erik joined the Pac Rim Engineering team led by Bo Sampson, PE in October 2018 with the opportunity to come full circle in his HVAC experience by working with a mechanical contractor that shared the same values: honest work with an unparalleled work atmsophere. The tools, knowledge and collaboration gained at LSW Engineers substantially equiped him with the day-to-day tasks at Pacific Rim including drafting, modeling, performing load calcs, Title 24 and daily internal coordination. The project portfolio expanded from K-12 plan & spec to pharmaceutical, hospitality and restaurant design build jobs to name a few. Erik also supports the Santa Ana office with in-house engineering in various HVAC projects including banks and fitness centers. One thing that has not changed is Erik\'s attitude and willingness to do what it takes to help the team accomplish its goals.
