Global leader of McKinsey\'s internal transformation efforts to develop and deploy Generative AI technologies including the creator of Lilli. Led McKinseys thinking and client efforts in delivering growth by building innovative portfolios (of new products, services, processes, and business models), deploying new technologies, and launching new business models.Erik worked with executives on ‘at scale’ growth transformations across a mix of Asian, European, and Us-based companies. Industries included high-tech, oil & gas, heavy industry, consumer goods, and financial services. He has extensive experience rapidly incubating and scaling new businesses by embedding ‘agile’ working and learning practices. Erik counsels numerous CEOs and Executive teams around the world.Erik’s experience includes living in S.Korea and China for a decade and working with some of the most successful Chinese and Asian companies. He regularly published articles on technology, R&D, innovation, and China\'s unique challenges. Erik also has lectured at Fuqua, Tsinghua University, and CEIBS in China.Erik was the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer of LG Electronics for two years, leading their transformation to a globally recognized marketing and innovation leader. His responsibilities included leading breakthrough innovation efforts across its five companies, starting up a $100M venture unit with offices in Silicon Valley and Israel, and upgrading overall insight and innovation development capabilities.
