As a bilingual Talent Acquisition and Operations professional with over a decade of experience, I bring a unique blend of recruiting expertise and hands-on distribution leadership to every role I take on. My background spans full-cycle recruiting, high-volume staffing, onboarding, and employee engagement, as well as distribution center management and logistics operations.Since 2021, I\'ve specialized in talent acquisition, managing requisitions across corporate, retail, and distribution environments for WHSmith North America. I’ve partnered closely with HR and hiring managers to streamline recruiting processes, enhance candidate experience, and build strong, diverse talent pipelines through job fairs and community outreach. I’m passionate about creating efficient, welcoming onboarding programs that set new hires up for success.Prior to recruiting, I spent over a decade in distribution operations, progressing from associate to Distribution Center Manager. I led large teams, optimized logistics, oversaw KPIs, and drove productivity across high-volume environments.
