I have over 10 years experience as an Utility Forester planning distribution and transmission. Completing hazard tree assessments. And auditing line clearance tree trimmers and vegetation management inspectors.Expert using Clearion, ESRI FieldMaps and Survey123, Fulcrum, Terraspectrums FieldNote, and Lemur Pro.For Atlas Field Service: I audit the work of VMIs and line clearance arborists.l was a utility arborist for Atlas Field Service working in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico for a contract with LUMA Energy. I did hazard tree assessment on distribution circuits and created work orders for tree contractors, including determining the safest means of access and notifying property owners, in Spanish, when necessary.For Wright Tree Service:I planned LVD lines for Homeworks Tri-County Electric Cooperative.For CNUC:I planned LVD lines for Consumers Energy out of the Greenville office on circuits for Trees Inc, Davey, and Chop.For ACRT:Hazard tree location post Camp Fire for PG & E.I did a herbicide inventory on 765KV line for NY power authority with an emphasis on pollinator sampling and Monarch habitat location.I worked for OG & E in their grid resiliency program. I worked for PG & E in the Enhanced Vegetation Management program. I located hazard trees for Next Era in western NY on the 345KV addition to the Empire State Line. I worked as an arborist in the Drought Resource Initiative on SoCal Edison distribution and transmission, for Duke Energy gathering data on transmission corridors using TROVE utility analytics, PG & E in the Wildfire Risk Reduction program, for Entergy Arkansas doing hazard tree assessment, Duquesne in Pittsburgh planning distribution, DP & L doing canopy inventory, and Salt River Electric Coop for herbicide application, San Miguel Power Association transmission capital project estimating timber quantity on national forest property, and CitiUtilities in Springfield, MO planning distribution for new fiber optics installation.For ECI:l planned distribution in the neighborhoods of Detroit for DTE Energy. I worked on the new Gordie Howe International Bridge project, assessing tree density and recommending removals.For Midwestern Consulting:I worked on the installation of the Detroit Lions Ford Field support structure by aligning ceiling cross arms to concrete pillars using Leica total stations and reflective targets.Prior to receiving my TRAQ qualification, I completed an online course in hazard tree assessment with Greg Dahle, Asst. Professor of Arboriculture and Urban Forestry at West Virginia University.
