G. Erik McMillan is an avid designer and new energy solution developer, having numerous Patents, Pending Patents, IPs and Manufacturing Methodologies in the fields of Power Conversion and electricity generation, High efficiency LED lighting and technologies, and within the automotive industry. Erik has extensive high efficiency LED lighting fixture and lighting technology experience in Researching, Conceptualizing, Prototyping, Testing and Evaluating of said products. Erik also has comprehensive experience converting Prototype products into reproducible and marketable products, with an uncanny ability to understand how to both simplify production processes of products, as well as understanding how to make such products easy to use and/or install. Erik has products of his design used in many Federal Government Agencies, Local Government Facilities and Military Bases. His products and/or technologies are used in Hospitals, Universities, Schools, and other high profile buildings. He has over 30 years experience in automotive design and development, vehicle component creation, and vehicle construction within the industry, as past occupation and as hobby. As well, Erik has invented \'Green\', renewable Power Generating technologies that have been evaluated by the U.S. DOE, Federal Scientists,Major Power Companies, and the N.I.S.T. This new development allows the ability to harness power from thermal energy as low as 98 degrees F. It uses no harmful chemicals and produces no Ozone hazardous or depleting vapors or gasses. Erik continues to create and develop new products and technologies, with no desire to quit any time soon.

   Invictus has developed an impactful array of ETL approved UV-C/GUV solutions that kill Covid-19 in both Airborne and Surface environments. UV-C/GUV (Germicidal Ultra-Violet) is an invisible light wave deep within the UV spectrum between 100-280nm (UV-C). It is a wavelength proven to destroy the DNA/RNA of Microorganisms quickly leaving them sterile, and rapidly killing them. Studies show wavelengths from 254-276nm, with the peak at 262nm has the quickest effect and the widest spectrum of microorganisms eradicating capabilities.
