ABOUT ERIK MCMILLAN

Consummate professional with exceptional talent and passion for educating students & employees by instilling pride, teaching discipline, and developing their leadership abilities in preparation to enhance our communities and make positive societal contributions. Unlike most, I have had the rare opportunity to participate in sports at the highest levels setting records and achieving goals that many only dream in the NFL. However, first and foremost aside from my sports endeavors, it was established early on in my life that education was and is most important! Hence, the primary reason, I completed my Masters in Education Leadership during my NFL career, so that one day I could share these same foundational principles, and teach these same transferable skills that has allowed me to be successful throughout my life both on and off the field. Therefore, I am confident that my professional background, strong academic foundation, and determination to succeed will make me an asset to your school and athletic teams. I have a strong affinity for science and sales. I have previously spent 7 years in sales working for a large pharmaceutical company as a Cardiometabolic Specialist launching first of, its drug class medications to primary care, endocrinologists, nephrologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists & infectious disease doctors. I have pentrated hospitals to establish accounts, private practices, dialysis clinics & nursing homes. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CRM accounts with over 25 years of sales experience.
