Partnered with Product and Design to shape quarterly roadmaps and translate them into reliable, scalable software- Managed the end‑to‑end rebuild of our customer dashboard using React, TypeScript, and component‑driven architecture - resulting in a more intuitive UI for customers and significantly faster iteration cycles for engineers through improved developer tooling and reusable components- Architected and shipped backend services for generating millions of PDF/CSV tax-reporting artifacts from large client datasets- Launched a JavaScript SDK - and later an enhanced React SDK - for customers to embed W‑9 / W‑8 and self-certification collection forms in their end-user applications- Owned our public REST API - established design standards to ensure consistency and backwards compatibility, and collaborated directly with clients to streamline integration and troubleshoot implementation challenges- Managed the design and development of scalable backend data services to ingest and process billions of transaction records and millions of account records - supporting high-throughput data flows with strong reliability and performance- Led the adoption of AI-enabled development tools across engineering, product, and design - providing hands-on coaching, establishing best practices, and embedding AI into day-to-day workflows, resulting in widespread team adoption and accelerated delivery- Recruited, coached, and developed a cross-functional team of engineers - establishing clear growth paths, conducting regular performance reviews, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement and strong ownership.
