ABOUT ERIK MAGNUS ELLISON

At Springvale Employment and Learning, my mission is to forge alliances and create commercial partnerships that catalyse growth and learning opportunities across Northern Ireland. My journey in sales and business development spans over two decades, with a specialised focus on SaaS, Renewable Energy, Outsourcing, and Training.In my current role, I prioritise establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that bolster our educational programmes and apprenticeships. My approach is consultative and collaborative; I work alongside NI employers, educational institutions, and funding agencies to tailor learning solutions that align with the aspirations of our clients and learners.Beyond the corporate sector, I am deeply committed to community impact: Inverness Thistle FC: Having been with the commercial team since our inception, I have transitioned into developing Community and Funding Strategies. I lead the \"non-football\" side of the club, ensuring we serve the wider Inverness area through social initiatives and strategic funding. Ligoniel Improvement Association (LIA): As Vice Chair, I support the organisation’s overarching goals, providing strategic oversight to our community strategy and local development projects.The heart of my work lies in empowering individuals through education,environmen and sport, transforming potential into tangible success for the communities I serve.
