My current Regional Manager responsibilities include leadership of eight field investigators in multiple states in the Midwest that conduct multi-disciplined property and casualty investigations. I am responsible for product line management that identifies and investigates fraudulent claims in two large claim centers in the Mid-West. I work directly with senior claim center leadership to review data analytics for line of business trending results in the anti-fraud area and identify trends that may indicate areas of opportunity. I review and analyze predictive modeling reports and operational management information (MI) to look for areas of investigative opportunity within each line of business to identify fraud trends. I also develop and deliver training with claim account executives to both current and potential Travelers customers.
