The trades need educators just as much as schools do. I served 15+ years in education as both a teacher and assistant principal before stepping into the trades. Today, I wear multiple hats at a HVAC and plumbing company called Armor Air, focusing on marketing, team culture, high-school workforce partnerships, and serving homeowners with care and integrity. My background in leadership and work-based learning helps me connect people, process, and purpose. Whether supporting technicians or earning customer trust, my goal is simple: help good teams do great work so our communities can thrive starting at the home.

   At Armor Air, I am called to serve our Indianapolis community from home services and helping to \'pass the baton\' of trades to our high schools. Which means, this role is always growing and changing, but I am loving it!Using my education background from the last 15 years, I have felt that this connection will help launch more students into areas of the workforce that are often overlooked or undercooked. From marketing, sales, conflict management, and growing high school diploma programming, I\'m passionate about giving our students options for the betterment of us all!
