I lead the long-term vision and operating model for our global manufacturing and supply network, ensuring we have the right capabilities, partners, and capacity to advance AOC programs from early clinical development through commercial launch. I oversee a diversified external network spanning mAb, oligonucleotide, bioconjugation, and fill-finish/lyophilization operations, driving quality, reliability, speed, and cost efficiency. I lead CDMO governance and partnership performance, guide technology transfers and scale-up activities in collaboration with Technical Development, Quality, and Product Management, and work closely with Global Supply Chain to strengthen S & OP, risk mitigation, and continuity of supply. I also establish KPIs and continuous-improvement initiatives across the network and build a high-performing, values-driven manufacturing organization grounded in accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
