Currently, transitioning to providing consultation for big or small architecture initiatives. I provide a balanced risk view of architecture approaches to solving business problems for the short term and the long term. My notible strength is providing out-the-box thinking and solution designs for regulated and risk aware businesses.Recently, reinvented the Enterprise Architecture practice at Aldermore Bank at an exciting time when Aldermore is looking to change the Way of Work, consolidate key Core Applications and processes, and grow market share rapidly and back more people to go for it in life and business Previously, at Standard Bank, re-established the Enterprise Architecture capability for Corporate Functions, managed the Enterprise Architecture Governance capability, enabling Digitization, Simplification, Cloud adoption and Innovation across the Standard Bank Group (Including Personal, Business, Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as Insurance and Wealth Management) to ensure architecture compliance for all IT initiatives aligned with the Business Strategy, IT Strategy, IT Governance and Corporate Governance.Previous roles include managing a team of architects to create architecture designs for Business Enabling functions such as Finance, Procurement, Risk, HR, Marketing, Compliance and Sustainability. Working hands-on in creating a holistic Financial Crime Management Architecture.
