As Project Development Director I am responsible for the business development, procurement, and overall company marketing initiatives for our Southwest District that secure our project backlog, manages employee communication and builds and protects the Hensel Phelps brand. Many of our company’s project pursuits, internal communications and technology, external marketing initiatives and branded materials are compliments of the Project Development team. I spearhead client relations, teaming agreements, go/no go, win strategy and the execution of project pursuits for Texas and neighboring states. Capable of leading large scale design/build project teams through the pursuit phase, I work hand in hand with district executive leadership on staffing, proposal responses, and positioning Hensel Phelps for continued growth and success throughout the Southwest.
