Role Overview:As a Vendor Analyst within the Operations department, I collaborate with business partners, MHA sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure MHA members receive contract pricing that aligns with their eligibility criteria. I facilitate understanding of MHA\'s vendor eligibility processes and policies, providing clear communication through emails and Microsoft Teams calls. My role also involves managing a high volume of requests and multitasking effectively, which has enabled the team to address and resolve a significant backlog.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain member eligibility within MHA’s internal applications, ensuring processes are current through consistent communication with team members, leads, and managers.Partner with internal teams (Sales, Reconciliation, Data, and Trade) and external business partners (Vendors/Wholesalers) to resolve eligibility discrepancies, including missing sales data and linkage issues.Analyze Excel reports related to member and vendor data, utilizing VLOOKUPs, charts, and graphs, and communicate findings to both internal teams and external business partners.Utilize the Remedyforce console to maintain organized records of requests and track key performance metrics through dashboards, which are periodically presented using Excel.
