MY ROLE: Overall accountability for the day-to-day administrative service support of multiple lives) Regional Market Healthcare clients. Part of an overall account team tasked with understanding the customer\'s needs/wants and focused on delivering group benefit products that meet those needs, along with delivering a service experience that exceeds expectations and makes it easy for customers to do business with MetLife. MY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to client requests and lead projects, provide clients with alternative solutions to requests and can identify possible plan design alternatives. Act as a liaison between the client and internal MetLife teams. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service thru ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate and facilitate client meetings. Understand the detailed components and provisions in legal agreements between MetLife and the client and assist in facilitating the execution of contracts to ensure compliance. Have firm knowledge of MetLife\'s group products, services and systems and and the ability to apply analytical skills to the interaction of these products, services and systems.MY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Experience in account management and customer service. Experience developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. I develop solutions and work with internal and external teams to find solutions. I have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal. I have the ability to work autonomously, effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible. Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products. Self-motivated to learn more about the business and am proactive in personal development.
