For me, technical leadership is based on balance: setting a clear strategic direction and then securing the space for the team to execute. I see my role as removing obstacles so my colleagues can focus on doing what they do best. Over the last few years, I have led Thule’s entry into the car seat market - taking a modular system from strict confidentiality to winning the ADAC test in both 2024 and 2025. We made this happen by building an environment where every individual had the mandate and the support needed to deliver under high pressure. I enjoy the challenge of organizing work efficiently, but seeing colleagues grow is what truly motivates me. I’ve always found it easy to connect with people and spot their strengths, and I use that to help the team take real ownership. I’m drawn to organizations that focus on creating actual value, supported by trust and a modern culture.
