I primarily work in tenants interior projects but am always looking to expand my knowledge base. My strengths include strong leadership skills, effective planning and organization of subcontractor work, and excellent communication skills. I am responsible for bidding new projects and ensuring the entire scope of the project has been reviewed and subcontractors are qualified. During preconstruction, I am responsible for budgeting, awarding subcontractors and managing the team to ensure schedule and submittals are on track. During construction I am responsible for managing the work being done on the construction site, building coordination, client-vendor coordination, quality control, continuing submittals and assisting in processing billing.
