I have experience in many types and delivery methods of construction. I have built projects ranging from hi-rise multi family, industrial/manufacturing to commercial/retail to hospitality. I have experience in design-build, traditional plan/spec projects, GMP, and many other project delivery methods. I have experience as a subcontractor, GC and Owner and my projects have included my input from design development through project completion and into ownership/maintenance.Specialties: Some of my skills include contract negotiation, risk management, development prospectus generation, project cost control, project schedule management and contract buy-out. I also have excellent interpersonal skills and can lead by example.
