My passion are secure, connected systems. My daily business involves convincing people that security is more than a cost center and a good security concept does not come at the expense of simplicity and usability.I did my doctorate at the renowned CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security in the field of mobile security and privacy. In my 15 years of professional experience, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of both industry and science. I have done and managed concept, implementation and integration of connected systems and still love the challenge of finding practical and simple, yet secure solutions.
