With 18 years of experience in the petroleum industry, I transitioned full-time into commercial real estate, bringing a wealth of leadership experience from my time in top roles at Phillips 66. Throughout my career, I learned that people are a company’s most valuable asset, which led me to adopt a servant-leadership approach, fostering high-performing teams. I had the privilege of managing large teams, overseeing complex operations, and providing leadership training across multiple states and business units.In addition to my operational experience, I have extensive expertise in business brokerage. I specialize in business sales, acquisitions, and helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling businesses. My ability to analyze market trends, evaluate business valuations, and guide clients through negotiations has made me a trusted advisor in the business brokerage space. I also work closely with clients on structuring deals and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of their businesses.Alongside my business brokerage focus, I began real estate investing with my wife at the age of 22. We started with a live-in flip, eventually growing our portfolio to include vacation rentals and multifamily properties. This hands-on real estate experience has given me a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with property ownership and investment.In 2023, I transitioned out of the petroleum industry to join Coldwell Banker Commercial CBS, where I now specialize in industrial, manufacturing, business, and multifamily commercial real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.
