Investigate all fraud claims and billing disputes. • Utilize Master Card Connect, Spend Trends, iSight, and proprietary software to conduct fraud investigations. • Interact with law enforcement agencies, merchants, and persons of interest, reviewing all information and take appropriate measures to resolve investigations. • Use good judgment and all available resources to make well-informed decisions when approving or denying a case. • Proactively identify trends or patterns of activity related to fraud claim activity, and advance as appropriate. • Troubleshoot sophisticated cases independently and with minimal direction when required. • Handle raised client inquiries, time-sensitive cases and large dollar financial investigations. • Provide case statuses to customers and management. • Connect with management regarding irregularities or errors in case handling. • Enforce department processes, procedures and goal expectations for all aspects of case investigations.
