Transitioning into Membership Concierge allowed me to own the full client journey from first interaction to onboarding and develop a deep expertise in consultative sales within the Life Time environment.As I progressed from a Team Member to Leadership, I took on initiatives that strengthened both member engagement and business performance, including managing strategic partnerships, driving connectivity campaigns, and supporting referral channels that increased overall member value.Now as Membership Concierge Leader at Life Time Austin South Lamar, I lead a team responsible for client acquisition, tour conversion, and delivering a high touch onboarding experience that reflects Life Time’s premium standard. I focus on coaching my team in discovery based selling, objection handling, and creating experiences that build lasting relationships from day one.My passion is helping people say yes to a healthier lifestyle while driving measurable growth for the business through strong culture, service, and sales leadership.
