Manage a group of GLY MEP experts with expertise and focus that range from engineering, construction, commissioning, code implementation and sustainability. • Lead high quality MEP and Life Science preconstruction, construction and commissioning efforts • Serve as primary and/or secondary interface with the owner/owner representative related to MEP and Life Science scopes of work to ensure a high-quality experience for the owner/owner representative and external design team from start to finish • Work with MEP subcontracting and consultants to build long lasting relationships. Work with decision makers of these firms to build GLY reputation relating to MEP in the marketplace. • Actively prepare for and participate in yearly corporate business planning and strategic planning for MEP and Life Science business initiatives. • Take responsibility on specific action items that support overall business and strategic goals related to MEP initiatives. • Assist with brainstorming and developing market & business diversification strategies and determine how MEP related items can assist in these efforts. • Participate in the study of emerging markets that provide a more predictable revenue and profit stream for the future; lead strategic market sector acquisition efforts in concert with Executive Committee members, Shareholders, Project Executives, Directors and Business Development. • Participate in assessment of project acquisition and assist with targeting key projects & clients. • Guide MEP, Sustainability and Efficiency responses to proposal efforts, leading presentations and project pursuits when appropriate
