As an Associate Project Manager at Holland Partner Group, I oversee the management of various subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of multifamily construction projects. My role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including budget management, budget forecasting, scheduling, handling change orders, ensuring QA/QC standards are met, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while fostering strong working relationships with investors and subcontractors. Prior to my current role, I worked as an Assistant Engineer at Turner Construction, where I contributed to the successful expansion of Denver International Airport’s A-West and B-West terminals. This experience provided me with valuable insight into large-scale infrastructure projects and further developed my expertise in project coordination, engineering, and construction management. With a strong foundation in construction and project management, I am passionate about driving operational efficiency, maintaining project quality, and ensuring a safe work environment for all involved throughout the lifecycle of each project I am involved with.
