My core responsibilities as ITE (Integration Test Engineering) Project Engineer II is to maintain open communication with ITE managers and Delivery team members to understand their needs and pain-points, and develop tools to enhance performance of delivery teams. Prepare presentations, document completion, maintain records, and reports of the ITE department. Analyze data collected by tools to create reports and summaries, which can be used by ITE management to guide their decisions. Deploy, maintain, and upgrade tools, and prepare and delivery trainings on proper tool usage. Other duties include collaboration with managers to understand how best to approach onboarding of new hires. Create a training standard to help provide a smooth transition for all new hires. Collet data and form a report to present to the hiring manager as an evaluation. This includes but not limited to: strengths, weaknesses, ability to retain information, communication, and more. Understand the overall ITE process in order to identify and improve bottlenecks. Collaborate with Managers across ITE to understand their role(s) in the ITE process. Create and implement creative solutions to resolve bottlenecks and increase ITE effectivity and productivity. Provide support or guide to new tools being released, communicate any changes and updates that may occur, and teach how to use new tools.
