Provides instruction to AC-130J, HC-130J, and MC-130J military aircrew regarding aircraft systems, planning considerations, and operational employment in the following mediums: classroom, training devices, and flightline static aircraft. Provides subject matter expertise during the Instructional System Design process association with contractor delivery of aircrew training modules. Performs secondary duties directly related to student training as determined by the Integrated Product Team Lead or Weapon Systems Lead instructor. Hiring of ATARS Contract Instructors is predicated on demonstrated superior instructional aptitude coincidental with Special Operations/Personnel Recovery experience in at least one mission design series aircraft currently supported on site.CAE Provides a total training environment for the Air Force Special Operations Command through a full-spectrum schoolhouse model. The program integrates all aspects of aircrew preparation including instruction and qualification, advanced crew resource management, distributed mission operations, database management and mission rehearsal.
