   After 28+ years practicing at Smith Moore Leatherwood and its predecessors - a firm with roots tracing back more than 100 years - the attorneys in our firm made the big jump in November, 2018 and joined Fox Rothschild LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm with 950+ lawyers located in 29 offices across the U.S. Although my firm has changed, and the breadth and depth of my firm\'s practice areas and resources have greatly expanded, my personal practice has remained largely the same. I still focus on civil litigation and on sports law. The litigation aspects of my practice continue to emphasize the transportation, food services, and sports industries and also general commercial litigation. The sports law aspects of my practice include among other things, collegiate athletics, various professional teams in multiple sports, the local organizers of a PGATour event, a national governing body for an international sport, and a variety of adventure sports and water parks. I am active in regional and national bar organizations and industry groups relating to my practice areas. I also have served as an adjunct professor of law at Wake Forest University\'s School of Law and at Elon University\'s School of Law, where I have taught each of their respective sports law classes.
