I help organizations get the most out of their accounting software by making the implementation process as smooth and stress-free as possible. In my role as an Implementation Consultant, I work closely with clients to understand how they operate, configure the MIP Accounting Software to fit their needs, and make sure everything runs the way it should. I enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and especially training—because at the end of the day, success means people feel confident using the tools they rely on.Before this, I supported nonprofits as a Fundraising Technology Advisor, helping them bring digital tools like GiveSmart into their campaigns. That experience taught me how powerful the right technology can be when it’s paired with the right guidance.What drives me is seeing clients feel relieved and empowered when a system finally “clicks.” I like bridging the gap between the technical side of software and the real-world challenges organizations face.
