Notably, I recently developed and delivered a highly-rated presentation (\"CX & AI: Partnering with your Dev team to create beautiful prompts\") at Salesforce\'s first-ever CX AI Conference. I am now integrating AI-driven strategies to further enhance the user experience.* Define and deliver a just-in-time in-product help experience, exploring and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance user assistance, answer questions directly, build proficiency, and keep users in the flow of their tasks.* Define and drive intuitive in-product terminology and messaging, including guidance for generative AI features, to help users onboard quickly, understand and resolve issues, and easily complete their tasks.* Deliver new and updated content for monthly and quarterly releases, and implement continuous improvements based on metrics and user feedback, including the creation and maintenance of product-agnostic AI content.* Deliver walk-through tutorials to enable users to onboard quickly and easily.* Create and maintain style guidelines for UI text, messaging, and in-product assistance, including specific guidance for AI-powered features, for writers, UX designers, and product developers.* Create and maintain an end-to-end content model to help writers determine and deliver the content type that best fits the needs of their audience.* Collaborate with team members inside and outside my core group to continuously drive documentation process improvements and efficiencies, including the development of an AI help content strategy for partners.
