Responsible for full cycle recruitment process to include sourcing, prescreening, qualifying, interviewing, negotiating rates, and onboarding- Recruit for the areas of skilled nursing facility, social services and care coordination, and nursing support- Responsible for developing creative recruitment strategies, including screening and evaluating applications, interviewing and extending job offers- Coordinates interviewing, recruitment plans for hard to fill positions and communicates regularly with hiring authority- Establishes positive relationships with high schools, colleges and universities to acquaint counselors and students with health careers and job opportunities in addition to participating in career days, hiring events, and employment fairs- Uses social media for efficiency in recruitment efforts- Maintains documents and records to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations- Checks updates for online background screening regularly and monitors for potential concerns.
