About Eric Wong
People-focused and highly dynamic finance leader. My journey has taken me from the biotech world to the tech world of Microsoft to the retail world of Nordstrom. This has allowed me to wear many hats in my career and all of these experiences have given me an ability to navigate complex challenges and manage multi-disciplinary projects. I really enjoy using analytics and data to deeply understand the business and customer needs and use those insights to tell a story that in turn helps increase profitability and growth.I have a passion for building teams and mentoring people to do their best, drive results, deliver business impact and solve big problems. I enjoy developing relationships with business partners across organizations so that I can identify ways to partner and help create a lasting impact.When I\'m not working I enjoy reading, watching football (Go Hawks!), playing sports and the outdoors. If I\'m not doing one of those things you can find me chasing my children around the house.
