About Eric Armstrong

I believe being a great leader relies on our ability to look back on our accomplishments, challenges, and most importantly to understand the reasons for both. My career thus far could primarily be defined by one word. Service. I enlisted in the Army at age 17, graduated high school, then immediately left to serve in the Army where I was able to earn the money I needed for college and travel to some amazing places like Panama, Korea, Hong Kong and Australia. As I look back now at the 20 years in HCM/PEO sales and sales management, the word service is still the reason for my success. I’ve seen what finding and keeping a customer looks like from both sides of the equation. I’ve seen the differences in how you motivate a customer service representative and how you motivate a sales representative. Service is required for both our internal and external clients. Serve God, serve your family, serve your employees, serve your customers and you too will be served.
