ABOUT ERIC TRITSCHLER

While pursuing my MBA, I attended a leadership class featuring local business leaders. One speaker’s impassioned speech inspired me to apply for a position at the company. Even though I received the proverbial “Thanks, but no thanks” response, the experience reinforced the belief that your interests and career should not be mutually exclusive. I began as an analyst in energy management for clients with over 100 locations nationwide. My clients praised my superior customer service, but I wanted to cultivate my analytical and project management skills in new ways. Soon an opportunity presented itself and I requested to be the lead analyst/user liaison for our new Salesforce system implementation and engage in agile SDLC.I designed solutions that met our customers\' requirements for cloud based tools while simultaneously creating operational efficiencies for our internal team. I was providing value beyond my usual financial analysis and relished the chance to improve processes. With each sprint, I honed several skills: • Process Improvement • Design/Architecting• Training• QA Testing• Requirement ElicitationThe project provided an intriguing outlet for me to leverage my experiences in an innovative way. I’ve since found I gravitate towards projects that pique my intellectual curiosity while offering the opportunity to be a subject matter expert in a new area. The short introduction to Salesforce was all I needed to quickly turn my interest into a true passion for the platform. I strive to learn everything I can about the platform and have completed 11 Salesforce certifications. I continue to bolster my technical skills by learning more about Apex/VF/Lightning Web Components. Becoming proficient at technical Architecture has enabled me to become an Application Architect. Specialties: • Requirement gathering and solution design • Multi-platform integration architecting • Business System Development and Implementation• Project Management: CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Einstein. • Relationship Building
