About Eric M.
I joined Crowe in Chicago in November 2021 as a Senior Associate. I worked in the Transaction Services group focusing on healthcare acquisitions. I was promoted to Manager in the group in June 2024 where I continue to focus on private equity healthcare deals. In the three years prior to Crowe, I worked at KPMG in Chicago. I began my career as part of the Deal Advisory Rotational program, completing rotations in Accounting Advisory Services, Due Diligence Lending, and Financial Due Diligence. For two years, I was an Associate and Senior Associate in the FDD group, helping private equity and corporate clients with mergers and acquisitions on both the buy-side and sell-side. I double-majored in Finance and Accounting at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, graduating in May 2018 with the Honors Distinction from the Honors Program. During college, I completed internships at Ball Corporation in Colorado, St. Jude Medical in China, and KPMG in Colorado.
