As a consultant at Thinkmax I have worked on a range of projects to implement Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Finance and Operations digital transformation projects. My role has involved detailed analysis and scoping of technology projects; design, implementation and customization of software systems; business process analysis and implementation; systems integration, testing and support. As a technology integrator, I am often in a leadership role to help clients get the best results out of their systems and projects, and act as a trusted advisor. Over the past years, I’ve developed a strong track record of implementing successful projects and collaborating effectively with hard-working teams to deliver great results for our clients. I have been involved in several large technology implementations in the Specialty retail, Fashion, and Consumer packaged goods industries, implementing cutting edge and brand-new functionalities that are of key strategic importance to those companies. A few recent projects were the first of their kind – one being the first implementation of Dynamics Ecommerce in the Fashion industry globally and the first ever implementation in Canada. Another project was critical to the launch of an entirely new industry in Canada. This has allowed me to be at the forefront of the implementation of new Microsoft technologies. I am a committed member of the Microsoft community and regularly participate to help improve Microsoft products and services and enjoy collaborating with the global D365 community.
