Includes leading cyber efforts such as NIST 800-171/800-53 compliance and the journey to the new Department of Defense CMMC program (this is huge!). o Primary Responsibility for the company business plan and applicable budgets (includes IT, Cybersecurity, Security Clearance management and Facilities)o Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for the Information Systems organizationo Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the Aegis computer network; plan and implement additions, deletions and major modifications to the overall infrastructureo Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages including Deltek, Microsoft, VMware and Cyber tools o Architect, review, and certify all corporate disaster recovery planso Manage all corporate facility leases and negotiate for new locations
