As part of the Brand and Creative team, I support Allspring\'s Marketing and Communications efforts in three main areas:1. Podcasts - I produce Allspring\'s podcast, SpringTalk, which explores what\'s happening in the markets and discusses the firm\'s outlook for the ever-changing investment landscape. Each episode features thought leaders who provide their views on the latest global trends in sustainability, technology, emerging markets, and more. The podcast is available on Allspring\'s website, allspringglobal.com, as well as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, and most standard podcast platforms.2. Videos - I locally manage the media studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as well as remotely manage the media studio at Allspring\'s headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. I produce external videos featuring senior leaders, portfolio managers, and other subject matter experts. These are available on the firm\'s website, allspringglobal.com, as well as Allspring’s YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. In addition, I produce internal training and communications videos for Allspring\'s team members. Lastly, I support the firm\'s network TV appearances that originate from the Milwaukee and Charlotte studios.3. Webinars - I coordinate and facilitate internal and client-facing webinars for Allspring, handling all the technical logistics from start to finish. In cases of hybrid webinar/live events, I support the handlers for the in-person portions of the event to empower them with the tools they need to successfully feed their video and audio into the webinar.In all three of these areas, I am involved in every aspect of preproduction, production, and postproduction and work with my Marketing and Communications colleagues to ensure Allspring delivers quality branded media material to its clients and team members.
