Life took me in a different direction, and I served in the military until 2021. I decided to pursue my long-time passion for computing because I seek new challenges. Becoming a software engineer allows me to merge my analytical and creative sides. I enjoy working with critical thinkers and problem solvers, both independently and collaboratively. This profession lets me apply my strengths in problem-solving, resourcefulness, curiosity, and creativity.I have always been curious about computers. I wrote my first programs in BASIC at 11 and completed most of the A+ certification years ago. I also sold used laptops on eBay, performing repairs, diagnosing issues, disassembling laptops, and installing various Linux versions. I\'m confident in diagnosing problems where the solution isn\'t obvious. While most people dread tests, I enjoy the challenge and have taken tests like the LSAT for fun.As a software engineer with a unique background, I bring a diverse skill set. My training in JavaScript, React, and full-stack development equips me to tackle various technical challenges. My military service instilled discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail. My education in finance offers valuable insights into business operations and data analysis. I have a natural inclination for problem-solving and enjoy optimizing systems. My creative side enhances user experience improvements, ensuring that my solutions are functional and visually appealing.Recently finalized the project phase of intensive web-development course.
