An Atlanta native and proud Michigan alum (B.A, J.D.), I am currently a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP. As part of the firm\'s Mergers & Acquisitions group, my practice focuses on the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, preferred equity and minority investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and divestitures. I also regularly advise clients on general, day-to-day corporate strategy and governance matters, and am licensed to practice in both New York State and the State of California.
